  • Retreats can be designed to complement strategic planning sessions, executive/board meetings, and team-building
  • Retreats are designed to be easily accessible in Anchorage or within an hour's drive  
  • Retreats can range from 2-3 hours to full day
  • Various skill levels can be accommodated
  • Other activities can be added in such as art, standup paddling, hiking, and biking

MOUNTAIN HIKE & YOGA

Take your journey to the top of the mountain for some new perspective.  Learn the yin and yang of hiking and yoga and how it relates to the everyday stresses of life.  This team-building experience is sure to be rich with conversation, laughs, adventure, and lasting memories. Sample Itineraries include:

 

LAKE Yoga & Standup paddling

Add to the benefits of being outside the power of water and you have the ultimate rejuvenation retreat.  We'll start lakeside with a warm-up yoga practice and a thorough standup paddling safety lesson, then take our paddle boards to the water where we'll practice paddling and try some floating yoga.  Unravel will arrange for all equipment. Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable on the water.

Beach Yoga & walk

There's truly nothing better than a walk on the beach.  Add in some meditative reflection while sitting on a beached log or a yoga practice in the sand and you have a whole/mind experience that better connects you to yourself and your peers.  

 

Corporate Wellness Retreats

Do you just need to get away and reset?   Join a small group of hard-working professionals like you who want nothing more than some space and peace mixed with some deep conversations, laughter, fun and sun-filled days.  You will get all of this plus healthy food, regular yoga practices, standup paddle boarding lessons, and adventure tours.  All levels of yoga and standup paddle boarding welcome.  Only a willingness to exhale, let it all go, and try something new is required.  Dates TBD.  Let us know if you'd like to be the first to know of our next retreat.
